"We used Kimberly/Makenzie/Anne to help us find a house in Murray, Kentucky. This area contains a small town in a lot of rural areas. That means housing is somewhat limited. It took us about nine months to find and close on the right home for us. Kimberly and her team more patient throughout. Even more, Kimberly would point out deficiencies and holmes that I might’ve missed. She helped us dodge a bullet on a home with structural issues that the Homeowner knew about, but I had not updated on their disclosures. Her entire team is very responsive throughout the entire process including when helping us find contractors. We would definitely and very strongly recommend Kimberly and her team."

"Kimberly Myers was an amazing realtor to work with. From the onset she was helpful in helping us sell our home, suggesting which issues we should address to increase curb appeal. She got us set up with good trades people to help us accomplish renovation goals. She had great ideas on how we could stage the home. The marketing of the home included: creating great pictures, virtual walkthroughs, drone footage, and a portfolio. She was helpful in helping settle on a competitive price and negotiating the terms. We got a great price for the home. She had incredible diligence was remarkable and I enjoyed working with her. She is a remarkable person. She was exceptionally good with being available and communication."

"Kimberly Myers was a great resource when selling our Mothers home. We no longer lived in the local area and handled a lot of the process remotely. She was very accommodating and helpful from the first time we spoke all the way thru the closing. She even followed up with us after the closing. She guided us thru the process keeping us informed using multiple forms of communication including email, text, phone calls, and a customer portal. You couldn’t ask for a better experience selling a home. We completely recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to call on her again if needed."

"Kimberly is very professional, respectful, kind and above all determined. Our process to get to the closing table was stressful to say the least. Kimberly stayed solution focused and got us to the closing very quickly. We got the closing we wanted faster than expected. She is the hardest working realtor around, you can trust her to help you no matter the situation. I remained very impressed by her and would recommend her above all. She knows her profession! Thank you Kimberly for all you do! "

"Working with Kimberly was hands down one of the best decisions we made during our move. Not only is she someone I trust as a friend, but she truly showed up as a top-notch realtor every step of the way. She helped us buy our current home incredibly fast (like… blink and you’ll miss it fast 😄) and also turned around and sold our previous home just as quickly. The whole process could’ve been stressful, but Kim made it feel easy, smooth, and even enjoyable believe it or not! She knows her stuff, she communicates, she hustles, and she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping—not just the sale. That kind of small-town heart paired with real expertise is hard to find. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, Kimberly is your girl. We couldn’t have done this without her!"

"Kim was fantastic! Incredibly professional, responsive and thoughtful throughout our process. Which also was very short because she got our house sold in about a week! So many little touches during the process that also stood out that was unique and unexpected made us feel so well taken care of. Couldn’t recommend her and her team enough!"

"Kim is so friendly and knowledgeable! She really takes extra care with the details and ensured that the entire process was seamless. She is great about giving recommendations on repairs so we didn’t have to spend time looking. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell!"
